Soft cups or syringes are the two best ways to insert donations.
Soft Cups, also known as soft disks or menstrual disks, are primarily used as an alternative to tampons, but they are ideal for self insemination because they are quick and easy to insert, and it keeps the seed in place against the cervix.
How it works:
I will provide the donation and the softcup.
The cups are round, but you sqeeze the sides together like a taco to insert. The cups contents can spill over as your inserting it, so you should lean back so if it spills, its inside of you and not on the floor. The cup goes all the way in behind your pelvic bone. Once in, you can get up and go. It looks big, but most people dont really feel it when fully inserted. Leave it in for 12 hours before removing it.

Syringes are the classic insemination method that best resembles nature.

Lay on your back and prop up your rear end on a pillow. This position is ideal so gravity can work in your favor. Insert the syringe as far as you can. If you need lubricant beyond what your body makes, you can use a tiny amount of the donation to cover they syringe. Never use manufactured lube of any kind. When fully inserted, squeeze out the contents of the syringe and remain in place for 20 min. It is normal for a little to leak out as you get up and go.
